强力粉碎机

本公司粉碎机分三种刀具型式

1． 片刀型，适于粉碎水口料，壁厚不超过5mm的不良品等

2． 爪刀型，适于壁厚超过5mm的不良品，试模产生的厚胶头等

3． 星型：适于薄膜类边解料的粉碎

§产品特点

1、钢结构箱体，铸钢刀架，优质工具钢刀具，高强度钢螺丝紧固坚实耐用。

2、活动式筛网，拆装方便，易于清洗换色。

3、机箱前后设隔音夹层，降低噪音对环境之影响。

4、阶梯式刀具，碎料效率快：“爪式”刀具降低剪切力，提高破碎能力。特别适用于尼，工程塑胶等又硬又韧之塑料。

5、马达附有过负荷保护装置，并有电源连锁保护系统，操作，清洗绝对安全。

6、碎料室后设置双层密封装置，刀体配合紧密，防止粉料泄入轴承座内而加重电机负载。
