氮气无铅波峰焊机
主要性能特点
1、 可调波峰宽度的波峰发生器
无论国际知名品牌,还是国内同行企业,数十年来,向市场提供的波峰焊机全是固定波峰宽度。我公司推出的波峰焊机,首创 性实现 波峰宽度最小 120mm ,最大 350mm 的可调波峰宽度。该款波峰焊机具有节省焊料,节约电能,减少污染等优点。
2、 波峰区域局部的氮气保护
在暴露于空气中的焊锡表面上,设计加装独有的不锈钢氮气罩,在氮气罩下加充氮气。此结构氮气消耗量低,在较低的运行成本下,实现氮气保护波峰焊接。同时可减少焊料氧化渣的生成,节约焊料。
极大提高了 焊料的润湿性,降低了缺陷率。
3、 PCB 传输速度的闭环控制
PCB 传输速度及其稳定性直接影响 PCB 的焊接时间,在无铅焊接工艺中,焊接温度的工艺窗口变小,所以焊接时间的一致性就尤为重要,传输速度的闭环控制是保证焊接时间一致性的重要手段。
4、 导轨宽度的电动闭环调整
小批量、多品种的生产就要求电子 装联生产 具有柔性模式,波峰焊机参数调整的方便快捷,是适应柔性化生产必备条件。导轨宽度的电动闭环调整,只需键盘输入宽度数值即可,使导轨宽度调整简单准确。同时还可将 PCB 宽度作为工艺参数固定在工艺文件中,随 PCB 的工艺编号在计算机中自动调用。
5、 专利技术《三相异步感应电磁泵》
三相异步感应电磁泵是利用三相电源相互差 120 0 相位差,在空间分布,构成各自磁场,其合成磁场,是一个前进的磁场。因而,液态金属钎料在前进磁场中切割磁力线,感应电流,形成前进的电磁力。三相异步感应电磁泵的波峰发生器无任何转动部件,无磨损,免维护,结构简单,还具有声频微扰振动波叠加,增强焊接能力 和爬孔能力 。由于三相异步感应电磁泵生产的是直线推力,液态金属焊料无旋转,锡槽表面平静,因而产生的氧化渣大量减少。
6、 全自动 PCB 喷雾控制过程
喷雾系统可自动检测 PCB 的长度、宽度及 PCB 的运输速度,无需人为设定,可实现 PCB 的全自动喷雾过程。
7、 热风 + 红外的预热组合
热风加热具有大的热容量,能够迅速吹走涂布在 PCB 下表面和全属化孔中的过量溶剂;红外石英管加热具有热容量小,升温快速,元器件预热均匀稳定等优点。热风 + 红外的预热组合,结合了二者的优点,各段单独控制,温度均匀,可实现非常小的△ T ,能够得到更好的预热效果。
8、 工艺参数的菜单式管理
预热温度,焊料温度,导轨宽度,传输速度,都是闭环控制,以及喷雾过程的自动化,这一切使 PCB 的工艺参数能够在计算机的工艺文件中全部存储,更换一种 PCB ,只需更换一个文件工艺编号,就能完成工艺参数的改变,极具有人性化,同时使生产设备操作过程极为简单。

●Nitrogen Protection in Parts of Wave Crest Area
Nitrogen is filled within the unique stainless cover that is mounted over the exposed surface of solder. This structure enables nitrogen protection wave crest soldering with lower nitrogen consumption and operating cost. And it also cuts down solder’s oxidizing slag and improves its wettability, saving solder and lowering the rate of defect.
●Closed-loop Control of PCB Conveying Speed
The conveying speed and stability of PCB have a direct bearing on the time of PCB soldering. In the lead-free soldering technics, the technical window of the soldering temperature has become smaller, making the consistency of the soldering time vital. The closed-loop control of the conveying speed is an important means to ensure the consistency.
● Electric Closed-loop Adjustment of the Width of Guide Rail
Short run production of a variety of goods requires electronic assembling production adopt a flexible mode. The easy adjustment of the parameters of wave soldering machines makes it suitable for flexible production. The electric closed-loop can precisely adjust the width of guide rail by simply entering the value and, meanwhile, store the width of PCB in the technical file as technical parameters, which automatically adjust along with the change of technical code of PCB.
●Patented Technology of Three-phase Asynchronous induction Electro-magnetic Pump
The Principle of three-phase asynchronous induction electromagnetic pump is to utilize the 120o phase difference of mutually differed three-phase power supply, to distribute in space and form their respective magnetic field, and their resultant magnetic field is a forward magnetic field. So that in the forward magnetic field, the liquid metallic brazing material cuts the magnetic lines of force and induces current, to form the forward electromagnetic force. The wave crest generator of the electro-magnetic pump is of simple structure without any turning part, it will not be worn so it is free of maintenance. It has capability of audio frequency micro interference vibrating wave overlaying, which increases the ability of soldering and hole penetration. Because what the asynchronous induction pump produces is the straight line pushing force, so the liquid metallic solder does not rotate and the tin bath remains calm, therefore, less oxidized slag will be produced.
●Automatic Control of PCB Spraying
The spraying system automatically tests the length and width of PCB, and its conveying speed.
●Combined Warm Air + Infrared Preheating
Heating by warm air is of large thermal capacity, and can blow away the excessive impregnant on the lower surface of PCB and in the plated through holes. Heating by infrared quartz tube, despite its small thermal capacity, preheats the parts evenly, steadily and rapidly. Prolonged warm air + infrared preheating, drawing upon the advantages of both methods, control each zone separately to achieve even temperatures and little △T.
●Menu Type Management of Technical Parameters
Closed-loop control of preheating temperature, solder temperature, width of guide rail and conveying speed together with automatic spraying allows the technical parameters of PCB to be stored in the technical files of the computer. If the technical parameters are to be changed due to change of PCB, all it takes is to replace the technical code of a file.
