YHD600 数控雕铣机
特点：Features:
● 本机床的铸件均采用树脂沙铸件，且经过两次人工时效处理，稳定性好，强度高，各项精度稳定可靠。
●本机床X、Y、Z三向线性导轨及滚珠丝杆均采用专业配套厂商提供的高精度产品，三轴滚珠丝杆均进行预拉伸。
● 轴承均采用日本进口NSK配对组合的滚珠丝杆专用轴承。
● 采用进口连轴器与进给伺服电机相连，传动刚性强，精度稳定可靠。
●滑鞍、工作台、主轴箱均由线性导轨支撑，从而减小摩擦力，消除了进给运动的爬行，提高了机床的运动精度。
● 机床的润滑系统均采用定时、定量自动集中供油润滑系统，可确保任一润滑部位得到充分润滑。


适用范围：
本机床整机刚性好，操作方便灵活，高速高效，可使用“小刀具”在金属材料上加工文字、图案、复杂曲面、艺术浮雕等零件，也是您加工电极、小型精密工件、薄壁件的最好的助手。。

●The machine casting uses made of high intensity cast iron form resin mould, and artificial aging treatment for 2 times，good stability, high intensity ,and each precision is reliable.
● The ball screws and line guide with three axis uses the high precision products and the ball screws is pretensioning.
●The angular contact thrust ball bearing for ball screw support by NSK from Japan.
● Use imported coupling connected servo motor, good transmission performance and precision is reliable.
● The sliding base, table, spindle box assembled with line guide. Accordingly decrease friction, eliminate feed creeping and enhances the movement performance.
●The machine lubrication system is fixed time and quota for the auto-support oil lubrication system, and can make sure get enough lubrication each position.
