新月形成型器卫生纸机是由流浆箱、网部、压榨部、杨克烘缸及卷纸机部分组成。
通过网部脱水的纸随着毛毯进入真空压榨。随即进入杨克烘缸及气罩到合适的干度进行起皱最后卷取。
该卫生纸机的质量是可靠的，运行十分平稳。采用特殊流浆箱结构。同时，换网换毯容易，机器维修方便，所以该机是很经济的。
