以高强度铜合金为基体,嵌入成形的固体润滑剂,制成轴承、滑块、垫片等。
性能应用:
该产品突破了一般轴承依靠油膜润滑的局限性。产品基体是高力黄铜,比一般的铜套硬度及耐磨性提高一倍以上,广泛应用在冶金连铸机、轧钢设备、矿山机械、船舶、汽车机、水轮机、注塑机及设备生产流水线中。
