锯片刃磨机
Vollmer offers the most comprehensive machine range for grinding carbide-tipped circular saw blades from 80 mm to 2200 mm in diameter, whether for production or service machining of saw blades, to the highest possible standard of quality. By the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as CNC drive systems, multiprocessor technology and intelligent software programs, machines have been developed which address even the most complex sharpening assignments quickly, simply and with optimum precision.

The machines are highly stable, hardwearing and capable of machining even complex tooth geometries at the cutting face and sides. Chip breaker grooves, chamfers in the leader and follower tooth or trapezoidal teeth with tooth height difference can also be machined.
