CF 61 CBN 外圆和非圆磨床
The machining range of the CF61 CBN product includes large camshafts for example for stationary engines and railway bound vehicles. A second grinding wheel can be made available for concave cam contours upon request.

Highlights of the CF 61 CBN

For grinding lengths up to 3000 mm

Grinding of both cams and journals (incl. post end) in one setup is possible

Grinding of concave and convex camforms in one setup

The machine is equipped with CBN grinding wheels; therefore shortest grinding times, long tool life and optimum grinding results are obtained

Sizing control for journal-grinding

Self-centering steadies, with follow-down for grinding the journals

Simple and fast programming by WOP-G; automatic generation of the variable workpiece rotation from basic data.

Coolant: soluble or neat oil
