蒸汽发生器

蒸汽发生器是供应驱动涡轮发电机蒸汽的一种热交换器。这是一种使因核反应堆的核裂变反应而发生的热能通过内部电热管，引起热交换，将此时发生的安全饱和蒸汽向涡轮机系统供应的装置。

The steam generator converts water into steam using the heat produced by the nuclear fission in the reactor core. It operates between the primary and secondary coolant (treated water) loops. The coolant is pumped through the nuclear reactor core, where it is heated and then pumped through the primary tube side of the steam generator before returning to the reactor core. This is referred to as the primary loop. That water flowing through the steam generator boils water on the shell side to produce steam in the secondary loop, which is then delivered to the turbines.
