锂电池真空检漏仪
采用德国西门子PLC控制系统集成，专为真空检测系统开发的数据采集模块。控制器在设定的时间内对微漏信号实时扫描，利用压力变化与测试时间所构成的函数关系而形成的图表，来分析锂离子电池内压的变化趋势，继而判断电池的好坏。
具有功能强大的大屏幕触摸屏，对系统采集的数据进行实时监控，同时监察四至八工位微漏压力变化曲线图表，是洞悉微漏的检测利器。机械手采用进口导轨丝杆，结构精良，运行稳定精度高。全自动式斜位上料，有效改善摩擦电池外观，检测工艺更完善。
Germany Siemens PLC control system, developed specifically for detection of vacuum system of data acquisition modules. Controller within the set time on the micro-leakage signal real-time scanning, using pressure change and test posed by the time chart of function and form, to analyze the internal pressure trend of the lithium-ion battery, then determine the battery is good or bad.
