Tenova Pyromet Söderberg electrode systems are highly rated and frequently used in several kind of plants around the world. The systems incorporate both the upper and lower electrode sections. The electrode column system has been designed to offer low maintenance and high availability.
Tenova Pyromet’s electrode assembly is well suited for the harshest environments. It can be installed in new plants, as well as retrofitted to existing equipment during rebuilds and upgrades.
The Tenova Pyromet Electrode can be incorporated into an existing plant by supplying the entire electrode.
The Tenova Pyromet Electrode Column has proven reliability, maximizing furnace availability. Easy access for maintenance minimizes downtime.
Assembly and replacement of components is straightforward. The design is simple, efficient, and robust and is optimized to require minimum maintenance, and minimize the exposure of maintenance staff to potentially hazardous environments.
